SLP Print has made a conscious decision to explore appropriate avenues open to it, to ensure that care of the environment is a key consideration in all the company’s work practices, processes and methods of operation.

This will be achieved by measurement and examination of the impact of all activity and the company will seek to eliminate and/or reduce impact on the environment.

Because forests matter, SLP Print has now achieved FSC and PEFC certification so it can provide a valid chain of custody for print production on materials approved by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).

Taking this into account and with the addition of our vegetable based inks, SLP Print now has the capability of supplying our clients with an environmentally responsible product.

The transport of our goods and disposal of our waste, are areas of the companies activity, which has been specifically targeted, in regard to environmental considerations, by the company as being the most important in the efforts to achieve improvements in ‘green performance’.
